Oxygen Technologies Acquires On-Call Solutions Effective April 1, 2020

Dear Valued Client,

I am pleased to announce that Oxygen Technologies has acquired On-Call Solutions and its customer base, effective April 1, 2020. Oxygen Technologies is a well established IT services company with approximately 35 team members across its offices in Winnipeg and Saskatoon. Over the course of getting to know Oxygen and its senior leadership team over the last couple months, I believe that their approach and the way they conduct business will be a great fit to continue to serve you, our customer. Oxygen’s size provides them with additional tools and services that a smaller firm cannot match, so I’m excited to see where Oxygen can help you take your business!

Here are answers to a few questions you may have:

Q: Oxygen is a bigger company. Does that mean the level of service will not be as personalized?
Oxygen will be assigning you a dedicated Account Executive, who will walk you through how Oxygen’s team members will provide a personalized approach to assisting with your technology needs. The biggest change is that for technical support you will be calling into to a service desk and your request will be assigned to an available technician (versus reaching out to myself, Scott or Kevin via email / phone / text directly). Oxygen prides itself on fast turnaround times for requests, and has sophisticated tools and systems in place to ensure all of its employees understand what is going on with your computer systems so assistance can be provided no matter who is working on your request.

Q: Are our rates / prices going up?
Oxygen has agreed to hold all pricing / rates at your current rate for 12 months. Oxygen’s rates are, for the most part, a little higher but you will be notified in advance of any price changes after the first 12 months.

Q: What happens to projects / tickets that are currently underway?
A: Members of the On-Call staff will be working with Oxygen on a full-time basis starting on April 1, 2020 and will be able to continue working on any ongoing projects or tickets, together with Oxygen’s team members

Q: How do I contact Oxygen to obtain support, or purchase equipment?
Oxygen will be sending you a ‘Welcome Document’ that outlines how to contact them to obtain technical support, purchase equipment, etc. If you need immediate assistance, please contact them at (204) 231-3237 ext 3 and you will be able to access Oxygen’s Service Desk, who can put you in touch with the correct person at Oxygen to assist
