Oxygen Technical Services Acquires First Phase Data Ltd.

We are pleased to announce that Oxygen Technologies, a Winnipeg-based IT consulting company established in 2002, has purchased First Phase Data Ltd, effective May 1, 2021.

As a customer of First Phase Data, you know that Gerald and his team have always provided an exceptional level of customer service across their wide range of offerings, all at a competitive price. We recognize the strength of their organization and will be endeavoring to change little. All of the First Phase Data team will continue to serve you, and the biggest change you will notice is a different logo on your invoices. We have all seen examples of a great company being purchased by a larger business and they, frankly, the purchaser ruins it by trying to take away everything that was special about the company being purchased for the sake of efficiencies. Our goal in purchasing First Phase Data is to gain a wider offering and complement our core services, meeting some new customers – such as yourself – along the way. We believe there is a great synergy between ourselves and First Phase Data and that you, the customer, can benefit from working with a single organization for all your technology-related needs.

Our focus for the coming weeks and months is to ensure that the transition for you is seamless.
